I ordered my husband the cotton mariners turtleneck sweaters. I followed the size guide and they were a perfect fit. The quality of these sweaters are impressive and the price as well. I already washed two of the sweaters on a delicate setting and air dried them. So glad I found your company in a Google search. None of the other sweaters compare to yours. I also ordered other cotton sweaters for Valentines Day. Happy customer.

The sweaters appeared to be of good quality. Shipping from across the pond was relatively quick. Unfortunately neither of my two purchases fit well and had to be returned. Finding an open DHL here took an hour of driving to arrive at one not recently closed but still showing on the internet as an active business. I had to pay $60, $30 each, in shipping here and back, the cost of trying on 2 sweaters. The first refund was slow, only coming after I emailed a couple of times. Several more emails were required to get the second refund though it was shipped back at the exact same time as the first. Never again....

The cotton jumper was a good fit and excellent quality. Unfortunately you got our address wrong but we eventually tracked it down and we’re very pleased.

The jumper I purchased is well made and heavy weight as described although only time will tell how it lasts. It was just a bit tight so I exchanged it for the next size up, a process that was straightforward efficient.

Lovely clothes, well made and handsome, very affordable (compared to some!) and prompt delivery - what's not to like!

Beautiful wool jumpers. I have purchased 3 wool for my husband and 3 wool jumpers and 1 cotton for myself. They arrived really quickly in a nice drawstring cotton bag. Washing the wool was easy enough, and it looks just as good afterwards. Lovely colours and nice chunky cable knit designs. We are very happy with our purchases and would recommend the wool jumpers. I haven't worn the cotton jumper yet, but I'm sure it's just as nice. An investment worth making. Thank you Paul James Knitwear.

Unfortunately I had to return due to issue of size/fit, but the return and refund itself was straight forward & smooth.
Postage & return costs for my order (I am based in US, Washington) were reasonable.

Will definitely be buying here again. Fits true size perfectly. Material is as good as expected rich, thick and warm. Highly recommend nice and smart for any occasion.

I just want to say that I cannot fault Paul James. They answered a query l had and they couldn't have given a better service. Thank you so much. I will use Paul James for any knit wear l buy it in the future. Brilliant company

My roll neck turned up when they said it would ,cost what they said it would and was as good as they said it was.

Quality of clothes excellent. Good size. I was looking ages for pure cotton clothes for my daughter with eczema . You got a new client forever :)
